Refund & Cancellation Policy

Charmuse is 100% free. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, and we never charge you for using the service. Because nothing is ever sold or billed, there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
No Charges, No Refunds
We do not collect payment of any kind from you to use Charmuse. Browsing characters, copying persona prompts, in-site chat, the full galleries, and the prompt library are all available at no cost. Since you are never charged, no refund can or needs to be issued.
No Subscriptions to Cancel
Charmuse accounts are free and have no billing cycle, renewal, or recurring charge. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; doing so does not involve any payment or refund.
How Charmuse Is Funded
Charmuse is supported entirely by affiliate commissions. When you click an outbound link to a third-party AI companion platform and sign up there, Charmuse may earn a referral fee. This never changes the price you pay on the third-party platform, and it never results in a charge from Charmuse.
Third-Party Platforms
If you purchase a subscription or other service on a third-party platform you reached through Charmuse, any billing, cancellation, or refund is handled solely by that platform under its own terms. Charmuse is not a party to those transactions and cannot process refunds on their behalf.
